The team is looking to add a Vice President of Finance & Operations serving as the right-hand person to the CEO. This role spans a diversity of functions including strategic finance, operational oversight, and business development. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance & Analysis: Build financial models and analysis across multiple business entities; support capital raising initiatives and investment decisions; prepare investment memorandums and presentations for portfolio company fundraising and new investment opportunities
• Portfolio Management & Operations: Monitor and report on portfolio company performance; drive strategic planning and identify opportunities for value creation with management teams; implement operational improvements and technology solutions across portfolio companies
• Leadership & Development: Build finance and operations functions as the organization scales; work closely with banking partners, lenders, and external advisors including legal, tax, and audit professionals; represent the company in external meetings and transactions
