Job summary

Vaco in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive the Enterprise Asset Management programme. You will lead change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities to minimise disruption.

You will collaborate with business and programme leadership, develop communications, support training, and monitor risks to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading change management for large IT or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, readiness, and communications skills.
• PM/CM certification is an asset.
• Must reside in Greater Toronto Area and be eligible to work in Canada.

About the Opportunity

• Lead change management activities for the Enterprise Asset Management programme.

• Support leadership alignment throughout the transformation.
• Facilitate stakeholder and engagement sessions.
• Drive end-user readiness and adoption while minimising business disruption.
• Report on change progress, issues, risks and outcomes.
• Work closely with business and programme leadership.

About You

• University degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Significant experience leading change management for large business or technology transformation initiatives is required.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, readiness assessment, communications, training support, facilitation and executive advisory skills are required, along with excellent communication, planning, problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Professional change management or project management certification is considered an asset. Experience with Enterprise Asset Management or complex enterprise system implementations is preferred.
• You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada.

Pay Range

$77.86 per hour
