CHANEL in Toronto seeks a Counter Manager to embody the Chanel luxury standard by delivering a personalized, one-to-one client experience in-store. You will drive sales while ensuring exceptional service, tailoring recommendations to customer needs and building lasting relationships with shoppers.

The role emphasizes achieving the fragrance and beauty sales plan and expanding the customer base, with a focus on loyalty and repeat business within a premium retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate superior client service with courtesy and sincerity.
• Ability to conduct in-store consultations to tailor recommendations.
• Strong selling skills aligned to customer needs and sales goals.
• Knowledge of Chanel Fragrance & Beauty products is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in-store.
