Job description

This is a contract role for a Certified Pilates Instructor, on-site at Vitalize Pilates located in Mississauga, ON. The Certified Pilates Instructor will:

1. Lead group exercise sessions and one-on-one Pilates training.
2. Develop personalized training plans.
3. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during sessions.
4. Provide guidance on physical therapy exercises and techniques.
5. Engage with clients, providing advice and maintaining a supportive and motivating environment.

Qualifications

• Pilates Instruction, Group Exercise, and Teaching skills
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy techniques
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Experience in fitness industry is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification
