Provectus Physiotherapy & Health Services are currently seeking a Registered Kinesiologist to join our growing mobile health care team, based in Vancouver, BC (remote).

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement individualized exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
  • Provide fall prevention training and home safety recommendations
  • Assist in the management of chronic conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, and Parkinson’s through movement-based interventions
  • Support senior clients with activities of daily living by improving functional movement
  • Educate clients, family members, and caregivers on safe movement techniques, posture, and mobility aid use
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated care approach
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
About You

To qualify, you are a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), and you have a valid BC driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory for home visits).

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (or related field e.g., exercise science, human kinetics, etc)
  • Master's degree in Kinesiology or Rehabilitation Sciences an asset
  • Fall prevention or Senior-Specific Certifications are an asset
  • Experience working with older adults, rehabilitation, or chronic disease management is an asset
  • Experience collaborating with multiple healthcare stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for empowering elderly patients
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being part of a collaborative healthcare team
  • Empathetic, patient, and skilled at working with complex cases

This role is ideal for someone who values flexible work arrangements, enjoys one-on-one client care, and is passionate about senior mobility and rehabilitation. You will work closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based movement programs that support functional independence and overall well-being.
