Responsibilities

• Assist management, adjusters, support staff and billing specialists with invoicing inquiries/requirements.
• Maintain record of adjuster billing rates and fee schedules in billing systems.
• Control and generate invoicing to adhere to fee schedules and client agreements.
• Oversee workflow within Central Billing Unit.
• Resolve invoicing issues with management, adjusters, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
