Job summary

Fleetworthy is seeking a Billing Specialist/Senior Billing Specialist to own the end-to-end billing process for customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contracts. The role reports to the Assistant Corporate Controller, Canada, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of billing experience, ERP proficiency (Oracle NetSuite), and strong analytical and communication skills to support month-end and customer inquiries across Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years billing/billing operations experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end billing processes.
• Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong reconciliation and data-analysis capabilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive issues to resolution.
• Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end billing to ensure complete, accurate, and timely billings aligned with contracts and operations.
• Serve as primary billing contact for customers and internal stakeholders; research questions and discrepancies and facilitate resolution.
• Perform reconciliations between billing systems, operational data, customer records, and financial information to maintain data integrity.
