• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with clear customer correspondence and accurate documentation.
• Review and administer billing programs and related documentation for compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and customers to support billing operations and escalations.
• Conduct billing audits, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
