Position Overview

We are seeking a Catering Sales Executive to expand our client base. This client-facing role involves prospecting, building relationships with potential clients, and managing existing clients to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Grow hungerhub
    • Identify and contact potential clients across industries and regions within Canada.
    • Present hungerhub’s benefits, assist with initial orders, and onboard clients onto the platform.
    • Meet and surpass sales targets to contribute to growth strategies.
  2. Manage existing clients
    • Understand client needs and support ongoing orders.
    • Maintain relationships and troubleshoot issues.
  3. Improve hungerhub offerings
    • Collaborate with the restaurant team to meet client needs, including creating customized event menus.
Qualifications

Minimum proven sales experience, preferably in food or tech industries. Additional qualities include:

  • Passion for food and customer service.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Knowledge of the food delivery and catering industry, and local restaurant dynamics is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
