Qualifications

• Previous experience or familiarity with the food & beverage or catering industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Food Safe and Serving It Right (SIR) certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define event requirements and provide cost estimates.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise catering and kitchen staff.
• Oversee food preparation, service, and logistics of events.
