With deep roots in Vancouver's events community and a reputation for exceptional customer focus, they are an established caterer looking for a dynamic Event and Sales Manager to help them elevate their presence in the industry. If you're passionate about food, exceptional customer service, and increasing sales, they want you to be part of their team. You'll play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, creating quotes, organizing tastings, and handling all sales inquiries. As an Event and Sales Manager, you'll be the face of their company, responsible for WOW-ing clients with outstanding customer service while driving revenue growth.

Description

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with their DOSM.
  • Utilizing computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in helping develop a sales strategy and achieving goals with DOSM
  • Computer skills - demonstrated ability to use intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency with e-mail, internet, and CRM’s.
  • Proven track record of excellent organizational skills and time management with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written business communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have flexibility in evening and weekend work
