Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event coordination or related field.

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Understanding of catering operations and service standards.
• Team leadership experience is a plus.
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or Event Planning is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of all catered events with focus on client satisfaction and operational success.
• Directly liaise with clients to understand event requirements, preferences and budget.
• Develop detailed event proposals, timelines and execution plans.
• Coordinate logistics including venue setup, staffing, menu selection and equipment.
• Supervise on-site catering staff and provide direction and support.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards during events.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses and ensure profitability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly during events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior event coordinators.
