We are looking for a versatile and well-organized Sales & Catering Manager with an outward direct-sales focus to meet or exceed established catering sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Creating exceptional catering experiences for clients, including meetings, property tours, and tailored catering solutions.
• Negotiating prices, planning menus, and coordinating with chefs, sales staff, and equipment providers.
• Overseeing venue, food, and service preparations, ensuring compliance with food and health regulations.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and promoting catering services.
• Building strong relationships with clients and meeting planners through property tours and site inspections.
• Leading pre- and post-event meetings to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of catering management experience or a combination of experience and education.
• Experience with electronic catering sales systems like Delphi FDC.
• Ability to deliver top-notch catering services on budget and on time.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Experience

• Required: 2 years of Catering Sales and Detailing Experience.
