We are looking for a versatile and well-organized Sales & Catering Manager with an outward direct-sales focus to meet or exceed established catering sales targets.

Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Sales & Catering Manager, you'll be the go-to person for creating exceptional catering experiences for our clients. You'll meet and greet clients, conduct property tours, and tailor catering solutions to meet their needs. You'll handle everything from negotiating prices and planning menus to coordinating with chefs, sales staff, and equipment providers. Ensuring everything runs smoothly, you'll oversee venue, food, and service preparations while adhering to food and health regulations. You'll stay ahead of industry trends and promote our competitive catering services. Building strong relationships with clients and meeting planners, you'll showcase our hotel facilities and services through property tours and site inspections. Plus, you'll lead pre- and post-event meetings to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
Does this sound like you?
If you have 3-5 years of catering management experience (or a mix of experience and education), know your way around electronic catering sales systems like Delphi FDC, and can deliver top-notch catering services on budget and on time, we want to hear from you! You'll need advanced industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and multitask.
