GardaWorld is seeking a Casual Corporate Office Security Guard in Mississauga, Ontario to monitor security systems, deter threats, and respond to incidents with calm and vigilance.

This role offers flexible shifts, uniform provided, and opportunities for growth through GardaWorld Academy; applicants must hold an Ontario security license and be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved First Aid and CPR level C required.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Work with law enforcement in emergencies.
