GardaWorld’s Corporate Office in Mississauga is seeking a Casual Security Guard. You’ll monitor CCTV, screen visitors, and respond to incidents with vigilance and precise reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, a valid Ontario security license, and the ability to stand/walk during long shifts. GardaWorld Academy offers education opportunities; flexible shifts and uniform provided are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved First Aid and CPR level C.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good eyesight and ability to stand/walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
