Job summary

GardaWorld in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a Full-Time Corporate Office Security Guard for overnight shifts. You will monitor CCTV, control access, and respond to incidents to protect a corporate campus at L5R 3T6.

This role requires a valid Ontario security license, WSIB First Aid and CPR Level C, and strong report writing. Uniform is provided, GardaWorld Academy supports continuing education, and shifts include Sunday–Tuesday 7pm–7am and Wednesday 7pm–1am.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved First Aid and CPR Level C.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Work with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
