Job summary

Cineplex Cinemas Seton & VIP in Calgary is seeking a Part-Time Cast Leader to help direct Cast activities, train teammates, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will support management, ensure consistent training, and reinforce Cineplex standards across busy, social environments.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service while offering flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months tenure with no active discipline.
• Cross-trained in core concessions, floor, RBOs, and box office.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to deliver high-quality guest service and model desired behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in directing and coordinating Cast activities to exceed guest expectations.
• Facilitate in-house training and provide feedback on Cast performance.
• Help maintain standards, policies, and procedures across shifts.
