Job summary

Cineplex Inc. in Calgary is seeking a Cast Leader to drive an engaging guest experience. You will lead peers, uphold standards, and maintain a positive, energetic environment across shifts while ensuring all policies are followed.

The role emphasizes training, coordinating cast activities, delivering outstanding guest service, and providing constructive feedback to management to continuously elevate team performance and guest satisfaction across Cineplex venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months tenure with no active discipline.
• Cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to encourage others to perform at a high level.
• Consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and lead those behaviors in others.

What you will do:

Cast Leader Cineplex’s Cast Leaders are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. The Cast Leader’s primary responsibilities are to maintain a motivational and positive work environment while working alongside their peers to ensure all standards, policies and procedures are followed. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you! In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations
• Facilitate all in-house training, be dedicated to consistent training efforts, and provide feedback to management about Cast performance

Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline
• You are cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office
• You have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to encourage others to perform at a high level
