Job summary

Cineplex is seeking a Cast Leader in Calgary to maintain a positive work environment and lead Cast activities. You will coordinate training, support management, and ensure policy adherence while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership skills, a focus on guest service, and availability for peak business hours. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline.
• Cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to encourage others to perform at a high level.
• Consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and lead those behaviors in others.
• Cast Leaders must be available to work at times that are critical to the needs of the business.

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations
• Facilitate all in-house training, be dedicated to consistent training efforts, and provide feedback to management about Cast performance

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

• You have a minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline
• You are cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office
• You have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to encourage others to perform at a high level
• You consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and have the ability to lead those behaviors in others
• Cast Leaders must be available to work at times that are critical to the needs of the business

Interested applicants must complete a certification process designed to evaluate Cineplex job knowledge and presentation skills in order to be considered a Cast Leader.
