Job summary

Cineplex is hiring a Cast Leader to join its Cast Leaders team. You will help create an energetic, guest-focused environment and coordinate Cast activities to exceed guest expectations. You will work alongside peers to ensure standards, policies and procedures are followed.

The role requires leadership, training coordination, and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest service. Flexible hours and opportunities to grow are available in a fast-paced, social atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months tenure with no active discipline.
• Cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to encourage others to perform at a high level.
• Consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and have the ability to lead those behaviors in others.

What you will do:

Cast Leader Cineplex’s Cast Leaders are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. The Cast Leader’s primary responsibilities are to maintain a motivational and positive work environment while working alongside their peers to ensure all standards, policies and procedures are followed. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you! In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations
• Facilitate all in-house training, be dedicated to consistent training efforts, and provide feedback to management about Cast performance

Cast Leaders must be available to work at times that are critical to the needs of the business.
