Nurse Next Door Home Care Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to support Happier Aging through in-home care for private clients in the Edmonton SW region, including nearby communities.

You will provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care while following each client’s care plan and safety guidelines. Shifts range from day to night, with a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 12 hours, offering a generous benefits package and 24/7 scheduling support.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous caregiving experience
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English; other languages are an asset
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check, both completed within the year
• Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
• Valid photo ID

Responsabilités

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• We service the Edmonton SW area, including Devon, Beaumont, Leduc, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray
• Looking for all visit times: day, evening, night shifts, weekdays and weekends ( minimum of 3 hour shifts, maximum of 12 hour shifts )
