Job summary

Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is hiring a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator at our Evans Location. You will greet customers, guide the car-buying process online, and ensure a smooth pickup or sale experience.

With 1+ year in automotive or 2+ years in customer-facing roles, you’ll inspect vehicles, handle paperwork, and maintain careful notes. A valid Ontario G license and a 40-hour work week are required.

• Willingness to drive longer distances when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique, high-quality experience to every customer.

• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues with attention to detail.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and record notes in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with the team to assist with various tasks.
