Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator for our Evans Location. As the face of our company, you’ll ensure a great, seamless car-buying experience when customers pick up or sell their vehicle in a fast-paced, online-driven process.

You’ll rely on top-notch customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork to inspect vehicles, complete paperwork, and log notes in our system. A valid Ontario driver’s license and 40 hours/week availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• G Drivers License (Ontario)
• 3 years clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: minimum of 40 hours per week with a 4 weekday + 1 weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer.
• Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues.
• Complete customer paperwork and log notes in our tracking system.
• Assist other team members as necessary.
