Clutch Technologies Inc. in Ottawa is seeking a Retail Advisor for our Bayshore Mall location. You will be the face of the company, delivering a standout customer experience as customers pick up or sell vehicles. The role leverages online car buying with in-person interaction for a seamless process.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, 1+ year in automotive environment, and valid Ontario G license. We offer day-one benefits and a fast-paced, sales-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• G Drivers License (Ontario)
• 3 years of clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Minimum 40 hours per week; 4 weekdays + 1 weekend.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and take thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Assist other team members as needed.
