Job summary

Clutch is hiring a Field Specialist to be the face of our Canada-wide car delivery and pickup service. You will transport vehicles to customers’ doors and provide a memorable, service‑driven experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will inspect vehicles, complete paperwork, and support teammates while maintaining safety and quality standards. A BC Class 5 license, a clean driving record, and 40 hours/week availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience transporting vehicles.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Class 5 License (BC).
• Drive record: 3 years of clean driving abstract.
• Background check required.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: 40 hours per week; 4 weekdays + 1 weekend.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer.
• Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles and deliver to their door across the area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and be the face of the company at touchpoints.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues to ensure top quality.
• Accurately complete customer paperwork and log notes in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with teammates to support other tasks as needed.
