Job summary

Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is hiring a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator at our Evans Location. You will be the first face customers meet during pickup or sale, delivering a warm, efficient experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You’ll inspect vehicles, handle paperwork, document details, and coordinate with teammates to ensure top quality service. Must have a G license and legal work status in Canada.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in the automotive industry
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• G Drivers License (Ontario)
• 3 years of clean driving record with no major infractions
• Clean criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Availability: minimum 40 hours per week with a 4-day + 1 weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address needs to ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues to maintain high quality of service.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and take thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with teammates to support tasks as needed

About the role:

As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator to be the face of our company at our Evans Location! Since our entire car-buying process is online, you'll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience in this dynamic customer and transportation role.

What you'll do:

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.


• A major part of this job is having exceptional customer service skills, where you'll be the face of the company in addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint throughout their appointment


• Need a sharp eye for detail as you inspect vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.


• You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system inside our new facility!


• You'll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

What we're looking for:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 1+ years experience in the automotive industry an asset
  
  
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  
  
  • Comfortable driving longer distances.
  
  
  • Have automotive experience and a passion for cars & comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
  
  


• License: A G Drivers License (valid in Ontario)


• Driving Record: 3 years of clean driver's abstract with no major infractions.


• Background Check: Clean criminal background check.


• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.


• Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. There is a 4 weekday plus 1 weekend date working schedule

• Valid OMVIC License: Don't have one yet? No problem! We'll help you obtain your OMVIC license as one of the perks of working with us.


• A passion for cars and the automotive industry


• Experience with warranty products so that you can answer any question that arise during the process

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage: $24 per hour
