Job summary

CDM Stravitec, incorporated is seeking a Sales Manager Canada to lead all commercial activities in Canada and drive growth through the sale of CDM Stravitec’s products and solutions. You will oversee the Canadian market, align with global strategy, and execute the regional sales plan in collaboration with the Commercial Director.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders, prepare competitive quotations, manage the sales pipeline, and report to the Vice President of North America.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in B2B project-based sales.
• Experience in solution selling and account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and networking skills.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.
• CRM system proficiency recommended.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Canadian market, including business development, key account management and project sales.
• Identify and manage relationships with architects, acousticians, engineers, contractors and partners.
• Prepare quotations and commercial offers aligned with client requirements and profitability targets.
• Negotiate, close deals and hand over to Project Delivery team.
• Represent CDM Stravitec at trade shows and events; maintain CRM records and sales forecast.
