• Proven sales leadership experience (7+ years) within the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem in Canada.
• Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including ad tech, media buying, campaign optimization and measurement.
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales cycles within agency operations and brand direct environments.
• Foundational knowledge and keen interest in data collaboration, identity resolution, and privacy-centric solutions.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about identifying customer challenges and developing innovative, sales-led solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and contribute to product and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and drive product adoption.
