Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Canada External Payroll Administrator to support daily payroll tasks and ensure accuracy against deadlines. You will handle garnishments, maintain ADP WFN files, and manage timekeeping processing with a focus on confidentiality and strong customer service.

The role requires a degree in business or accounting and strong Excel plus accounting system skills. This is a full-time position in Canada with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Canada External Payroll Administrator assisting the payroll team with daily tasks.
• Ensure payroll processing is correct and meets scheduled deadlines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of garnishments and other withholdings.
• Maintain and update employee files in the payroll platform (ADP WFN).
• Process hours through a timekeeping/timesheet system.
• Manage Payroll Ticketing System and reconcile pay discrepancies and inquiries.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end payroll balancing and reconciliation.
• Assist with T4 preparation and year-end processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
