Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Ottawa is seeking a CAN Team Leader to guide our Canada Retail team at Tanger Outlets (OTT). You will drive exceptional customer service, lead coaching, and manage daily store operations with a focus on merchandising and safety.

You will empower your team, develop staff, and coach them to meet sales targets while creating a welcoming shopping experience that reflects the Mountain Warehouse brand.

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
