Mountain Warehouse Canada in Lethbridge is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide our retail team, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage daily store operations with a focus on visual merchandising and safety.

You will coach and motivate colleagues, drive sales targets and KPIs, open/close duties, and build connections in the local community while representing the Mountain Warehouse brand with energy.
