Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Guildford, British Columbia, is seeking a CAN Team Leader to guide a retail team within the Canada Retail department. This is a permanent part-time role requiring leadership, customer service excellence and strong store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, maintain high standards of presentation, and lead visual merchandising to provide a welcoming shopping experience while helping achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams or shifts.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
