Job summary

Walmar in Mount Pearl, NL is seeking an OMNI Associate to assist in leading the OMNI area and processes, partnering with the OMNI Assistant Manager, and ensuring a high level of customer service and task completion. The role starts from a minimum hourly rate and involves promoting products, organizing displays, and contributing to a safe store environment.

The position requires coordinating with store management, training associates, and supporting scheduling while focusing on key OMNI metrics

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
• Review, follow-up and action any opportunities on key OMNI metrics - Presubs, FTPR, CSAT etc.
• Participates in the training and development of the OMNI Associates , and provides feedback as needed.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of Spark App Checklists and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
