Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI associate to help lead the OMNI area, partnering with the OMNI Assistant Manager, ensuring high customer service levels and efficient task completion.

You will greet customers, promote products, coordinate daily OMNI activities, monitor metrics, participate in training, and help keep the area safe and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner and assisting with product/services promotions.
• Assist in directing and coordinating task completion as per priorities from OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
• Assess overall presentation of OMNI area and note deficiencies for corrective action.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on daily OMNI activities.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
• Review and act on opportunities on OMNI metrics (Presubs, FTPR, CSAT).
• Participate in training and development of the OMNI Associates and provide feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies and completing Spark App Checklists.
