Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise and assisting with purchase decisions.
• Assist in coordinating daily OMNI activities per priorities from OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
• Assess OMNI area presentation and note deficiencies for corrective action.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on daily OMNI tasks and activities.
• Support scheduling as needed.
• Review and act on opportunities with OMNI metrics (Presubs, FTPR, CSAT).
• Participate in training and development of OMNI Associates and provide feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free environment by following company policies and completing Spark App Checklists.
