Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Associate at the Mount Pearl store to support learning and day-to-day retail operations. You will participate in training, complete back office setup, and help confirm daily orders, payment exceptions, and workload by commodity.

You will also assist with CFAs and hand-held devices for frontline teams. You will greet customers, promote products, help locate items, and guide purchase decisions, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

• Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
• Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
• Completes daily picks, where necessary. Completes tasks of post pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards and ensuring Back Office is NCO and ready for next day.
• Leads by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assists by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
