Job summary

Walmart Canada in Edson, AB is seeking a team member to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program, helping keep the store clean and safe while controlling expenses.

You will perform routine cleaning across areas as needed and assist in inspections of maintenance equipment, ensuring supplies are available and standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Age – 18 or older

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
