Job summary

Walmart Canada in Lethbridge, AB is seeking a maintenance cleaner to participate in a structured cleaning program and help keep the store clean and safe. You will communicate with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperate with associates on cleaning regimens, while following Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.

The role involves cleaning Fresh Departments, inspecting equipment, and supporting in-store certification programs as required by policy.

• Cleans floors by mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets in non-sales areas.

What You'll Do

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.45.
