Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking personnel to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program to keep the store clean and safe while helping control expenses. The role involves collaborating with the Stocking 3 Coach and store associates to follow a comprehensive cleaning regimen across departments, complying with food safety and cold chain guidelines, and inspecting equipment.

It also covers floor cleaning and participation in in-store certification programs.

• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
