Job summary

canteen is seeking a part-time Client Service Coordinator on-site in Mississauga, with flexible hours between 10–20 per week as a semester-based contract. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and documenting actions while ensuring pricing and merchandising integrity across campus vending points.

We expect prior customer service or retail experience, the ability to multitask, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service and retail is an asset.
Able to multitask and work independently and in a team setting.
Able to work in a past face environment.
Able to stand on feet for long period of time.
Friendly and warm.
Desire to learn applicable skills in customer service and engagement.

Responsibilities

Weekly site visits to various vending machines and/or unattended markets on campus to check pricing consistency, machine functionality and the correct merchandising of the machines.
Respond to customer inquiries by reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; and verifying customer's understanding of information.
Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiries and responses in customers' accounts.
Improve quality service by recommending improved processes.
Replenish products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all.
Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and vendor-related concerns.
