Enghouse Systems Limited is seeking a curious graduate to join our demand generation team in Winnipeg on a 12-month contract. From day one you'll plan, launch and measure campaigns across North America, collaborating with sales, product, and marketing in Canada, the US, and Europe.

You'll learn Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads and Google Analytics, and gain hands-on experience with event marketing, campaign strategy, and content creation for multi-channel campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/communications or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience; internships, co-ops counted.
• Interest in video and content creation across platforms.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Strong written communication and ability to analyze numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Create short-form video and social content to drive engagement.
• Build and send email campaigns, run webinars, and create online content.
• Launch paid search, display and remarketing campaigns and optimize.
• Help plan and run trade shows and events from setup to follow-up.
• Maintain nurture programs to keep prospects engaged.
• Analyze campaign data and report insights and next steps.
• Monitor competitors and share findings with the team.
