You will lead executive conversations, shape opportunities, and align sales, delivery, and technical teams to create compelling, outcome-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in client leadership, sales, consulting, or delivery leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success with enterprise clients and driving account growth.
• Experience shaping and delivering complex Microsoft or cloud-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving revenue and Microsoft-led opportunity creation.
• Lead executive-level conversations to define client priorities and position Microsoft solutions effectively.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies in partnership with client and internal stakeholders.
• Actively participate in account planning and pipeline development.
• Lead early-stage solution discussions and shape opportunities aligned to client business outcomes.
• Clearly articulate “Why Microsoft” in the context of client industry and technology needs.
• Align sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop compelling, outcome-driven solutions.
• Act as the central orchestrator across sales, solutioning, and delivery teams.
• Ensure the right capabilities, resources, and approaches are aligned to achieve client outcomes.
• Support successful execution by maintaining alignment between client expectations and delivery.
• Bring strong understanding of industry trends and business challenges.
• Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft platforms and ecosystem capabilities.
