Minimum 5 years of experience developing technology strategies or transformation roadmaps.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams, facilitating workshops, and developing strategic recommendations.
Experience developing technology architecture blueprints and target-state roadmaps.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business.
Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise.
Shape the role of technology in business strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage.
Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities through assessment of current technology capabilities and investments.
Define technology transformation strategies, target-state architectures, and technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Develop operating models and business cases leveraging emerging and disruptive technologies.
Lead technology architecture assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to create practical transformation plans across applications, infrastructure, platforms, and data.
Lead the creation of thought leadership and market-relevant insights on technology strategy and innovation.
Pressure-test assumptions made by leadership teams, including AI-generated insights.
Validate AI-assisted analysis with logic, experience, and domain knowledge.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis.
