Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of large, complex technology programs and portfolios.

You will partner with clients, account teams, and delivery organizations to ensure outcomes align with client objectives and Avanade standards. This role may serve as Delivery Lead for major transformations, portfolio delivery across engagements, and leadership across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering complex enterprise programs, typically $5M+.
• Proven experience managing executive and C-level stakeholders within client/internal orgs.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs and multi-workstream engagements.
• Establish governance, delivery strategy, reporting, and stakeholder management approaches.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Drive mobilization, execution, and closure of engagements.
• Own delivery financial performance, forecasting, margin management, and contractual obligations.
