Job summary

Avanade Inc. in Canada seeks an experienced Manager, ERP Finance Lead to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions for enterprise clients. You will combine deep finance expertise with advisory, delivery governance, and team development.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of D365 Finance modules, guide cross-functional delivery, and mentor onshore/offshore consultants while supporting pre-sales efforts and ensuring governance and quality throughout engagements.

Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance expertise required.
CPA/CA/CMA or equivalent finance qualification.
Experience delivering ERP transformations for enterprise clients.
Consulting background with governance and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, cash, assets, and reporting.
Guide finance process transformation aligned with objectives and controls.
Lead workshops, translate needs into functional designs and priorities.
Provide architecture, governance, and quality oversight through the delivery lifecycle.
Advise finance leadership on process, reporting, controls, and automation.
Lead finance workstreams, manage scope, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes.
