Job summary

Scandinavian Building Services in Calgary is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a mixed client portfolio across multiple sites and regions. The role requires regular site visits, strong client relationships, and leadership of hourly staff to ensure service standards and satisfaction.

You will travel to sites such as Calgary, Cochrane, Okotoks, Airdrie, Three Hills, and Lacombe, with onsite attendance a minimum of two days per week. When not visiting sites, you may work from home.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong customer service orientation for a client-facing role.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead a team and foster collaboration.
• Reliable and trustworthy with handling high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to learn the cleaning industry.

• Site visits within the designated region to ensure safety and customer service standards.
• Account management by building strong client relationships and addressing issues promptly.
• People management of hourly cleaners including scheduling, training and performance coaching.
