Job summary

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is seeking an Account Manager, Client Relations for Calgary or Edmonton, remote work possible. You will promote CMHC services including mortgage loan insurance for multi-unit residential properties and build strong business relationships in an assigned portfolio.

Role requires five years in mortgage, degree in finance/marketing, and excellence in financial analysis, credit assessment, and CRM usage. Travel within Alberta is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required in finance, business, marketing or related.
• Minimum of five years in the mortgage industry.
• Expertise in loan origination, insurance, and mortgage underwriting.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment for multi-unit properties.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales processes; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities
