• Manage inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.
• Ensure Always Fresh standards and control waste.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members aligned with company values.
• Monitor sales, manage POS systems, budgets, and payroll.
• Control costs using CPP data.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff (510 employees).
• Ensure shift coverage and support employee development; maintain communication and enforce policies.
• Manage guest experience, reporting, and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and labour regulations.
