Job summary

BC Housing, a provincial Crown Corporation delivering subsidized housing across British Columbia, is seeking a Business Support Coordinator in Burnaby. You will support assigned business areas by identifying training needs, coordinating access to BC Housing systems, and delivering staff training on all systems.

Qualifications

• Substantial completion of a diploma in computer science, business administration, accounting, or other relevant discipline.
• Considerable experience in the use of systems and business processes; some experience with business analysis, reporting design and development, data management, and new systems implementation.
• Experience training adult learners in a workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and plan training requirements for external clients and provide training for staff on BC Housing systems.
• Coordinate and maintain access to BC Housing systems and provide first-level help desk support.
• Undertake feasibility, risk assessment, and cost-benefit studies; monitor data interfaces and resolve system problems.
• Provide system expertise and deliver training to internal and external clients.
